Can you make something that isn't on the site?
Yes. Everything we make is made to order, so the products here are examples, not a fixed catalogue. Send us your product, its size and how you want it presented, and we will develop the packaging around it.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the format and material, and scale up to full container loads. Tell us your project and we will suggest the most efficient quantity.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are produced by our manufacturing partner in Türkiye and shipped to the UK. Lead time depends on the product and quantity; your quote shows the full timeline.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Unit price depends on size, material, print and quantity, so we quote every order individually.
Can I get samples?
Yes, once we know what you need. Send us your project through the form, then we agree the product, size and quantity by email. After that we ship matching samples from Türkiye. Samples are charged, and the buyer also covers the courier cost.
Which company invoices me?
We are an export company based in Türkiye, with a UK company as well. We can invoice from our UK company, GOZGOZ LTD, or directly from our Turkish company, Artronauts Aksesuar ve Dekorasyon Ürünleri Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti., whichever works best for you.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. Send us your logo and we will prepare a print-ready proof for your approval.
