Multipackaging is a trading name used by GOZGOZ LTD (company no. 12921966, registered office: 338a Regents Park Road, Office 3 and 4, London N3 2LN; UK address: 10 Roman Rd, Cricklewood, London NW2 6GH) and Artronauts Aksesuar ve Dekorasyon Ürünleri Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Yiğitler Mah. 366 Sok., Buca, İzmir, Türkiye) ("we", "us"). We supply custom packaging to businesses in the United Kingdom. Your quote or order may be handled and invoiced by either company; the company named on your quotation is the controller of your personal data, and both companies may act as joint controllers for enquiries. What we collect

When you request a quote, samples or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery country and your packaging requirements. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and manage orders. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you place an order, the performance of a contract. We may email you about your quote or order; we will only send marketing emails with your consent or where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our form and email providers and, for orders, our production and shipping partners. We never sell your data.

International transfers

One of our companies and our production partners are based in Türkiye, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Where this happens we take steps to keep it protected, including contractual safeguards with our service providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years after our last contact, and order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email info@multipackaging.co.uk.
